exhaust dump question
i was wondering if anyone has there exhaust dumped right after there muffler so its hidden and everything....im thinking about doing that, but i'm afraid it'll fill up the bottom of my truck with that black ash over time. has anyone had that problem? also, does anyone have their 3.0L straight piped? hows that sound?

Straight pipes, no, but this is what a 3.0 sounds like with no exhaust at all after the cat con. It doesn't seem like it, but it's actually INCREDIBLY loud.

hard to say what would be a better tone, I may think that my no muffler in sight is instant hard-onbut someone else may say it sounds too poppy, are you going for low grumble or tightly strung civic? there is such a broad spectrum of changes you can do to each exhaust system that effects your sound too, headers, cats, pipe diameters at different points, bends in the pipes. all of these things can change your exhaust tone quite a bit
