Belt tentioner

Hi,
I bought the replacement belt tensioner for a 1999 ford ranger flex 3.0l 4x4 truck. So I have the pully off, now i am trying to get the arm assembly off (from the block) I cant figure out what the bolt size is to remove. Its got to be something stupid that i am not seeing but the bolt looks small as hell, which doesn't make sense.
Any ideas or help greatly appreciated. I am trying to get rid of this horrendous squeaking and this is the only thing i haven't replaced which is what i should have done in the beginning.
Name is Wes, by the way
Thank ya'll.

in the center where your tensioner pivots is a smaller bolt, that is what takes it off, the tensioner is keyed so it wont spin
