96 Ranger rough idle, tons of codes, sputtering and ticking

96 Ranger 3.0
80k miles, I'm the second owner.
Shortly after buying, alternator issues, new alternator, battery, fusable link, tracked issues down to fuse box ground.
New starter, drive belt, and tensioner.
2 new front O2 sensors, rear one not connected due to previous owner modifying exhaust and not putting it back.
New plugs, wires, and coil.
New Battery cables
New Fuel pump, fuel filter, and new injectors.
New EGR valve.
New Fuel pressure regulator.
Cleaned MAF and Throttle body.
After ALL THIS, truck "ticks", seems load based, not so much RPM or speed based. Not at idle, usually around 30MPH and up?
If I had to guess, seems driver side, closer to fire wall.
Runs rough at idle, sometimes 800 RPM, sometimes at 1200 RPM.
At 1-5% throttle, truck stumbles, sputters, no power.
After that, little shakey but drivable.

CODES: p1443, Most likely a fuel filler neck issues, pretty sure it's cracked
P0136, O2 sensor, still hasn't gone away after replacing
P0141, Other O2 sensor
P0133, O2 sensor
P0306, cylinder 6 misfire, went away after replacing injectors, returns rarely
P0300, Random misfire, went away after replacing injectors
Had Codes for injector issues shortly after replacing injectors but they went away quickly
P0401, EGR tube
P0172 Running rich
P0175 Running rich

MAF sensor is 6.5-7 g/s at idle, sometimes as high as 9 g/s
I've seen this go as high as 70g/s but it's usually 30-40 driving
STFT1 is -10 to -15% at idle
This goes to -20% while driving, especially while coasting
Recently noticing truck starts to run LEAN upon hard acceleration, going to +20%
Engine load seems high almost all the time, even slight hills cause it to jump to 80-90% load
Sometimes the timing advance is 23 degrees at idle and seems to run a little better, other times is 11 degrees and barely idles
Doesn't want to start, takes 5-10 seconds every time but does always start in the end.
Intake temp good

I finally caved and took it to a shop, they said it was the throttle position sensor, charged me 300 bucks, no change.

I am at a loss here, any help would be appreciated.
