Dayum! $106 for a Motorcraft heater hose? And that's just 1 of 3. Does anyone have part numbers for other REASONABLE alternatives? Advance Auto parts and Oreilly's doesn't even have them in their database. Help.

 

Are you sure that's not for the complete set?

Rockauto shows this for $98 and it's motorcraft

 

Helluva lot cheaper for stock 5/8"ID Coolant\Heater HoseByTheFoot & DoubleWormClamps
at the local parts store: Oreilly's, Advance, AutoZone,... unless you prefer keeping absolutely everything OEM?
Consider replacing that 2WayHeaterValve
JunkPlastic MotorCraft# yg368 with a
GoodOldMetal 4Seasons# 74603. (Keep in mind that that this is a 90 degree angle valve and not an in-line valve like the OEM)

Yep, just need to pick a spot in the HeaterHose routing between the HeaterCore & PumpSuction
where the hose needs to bend\turn & where the VacuumControlLine is long enough to connect
for this alternative\traditional 90deg Metal HeaterValve; it operates VacToClose same as OEM.
