msd coil ?

msd coil ?

i found the msd coil for about 65, im wondering why ford and napa are alot higher? and if anyone has used one is it worth gettin? thanks for any info

the truck is an 05

I've never used one but my bro knows someone that has one. He says they're junk. Don't know if thats true, its just what he said.

Either coil isn't needed unless you are running a serious power adder.

thanks for the info. for the most part i want quality, ive found that ford and napa can lack in that department.

Perhaps it's a problem with parts for just the Ranger??? - I would've guessed that Napa and Ford/Motorcraft would be the best choices for quality parts.

i wouldnt say just the ranger, just in general. ive delt with both with my last job, and the quality wasnt there. im realy looking for more efficeincy

x2...wont help unless u are running boost...and pretty expensive if u are using em as a replacement
