Extreme hesitation, bucking, ect

Stick shift 2.3l lima 1994 Mazda b2300. This is a hard problem to describe but I will try. When driving the truck, usually from stops going through 1st, the truck will not want to accelerate, will buck hard and hesitate. Almost as if the motor is forcing itself to just idle, however when i put it in neutral or clutch in, the motor will rev just fine. When rolling, lets say 2nd, I can put the throttle all the way down and it will just not want to go.

I can tell when its going to do it because the idle will get ruff. The idle will get ruff, then after a while its like a slight surge of power and the idle will go back to normal.

I have replaced the spark plugs, plugs, Ignition coil packs, Ignition control module and mainly the TPS (throttle position sensor), new air-filter, fuel filter, cleaned the MAF properly. The TPS helped the most.

It just at times will not want to accelerate when in gear even when being floored, then will just randomly snap out of it. When I slip the clutch it will accelerate, but not when fully engaged.

Is it a open wire grounding itself, bad ignition, bad computer, crank sensor, cam sensor? Usually such hard instant bucking is not fuel related.
