i have been hearing this modification all over this forum, and i am very curiuos as to how i can do it on my 99 3.0 v6? someone who can thoroughly explain it to me, that'd be great.

thanks don, but still got a question when doing all of this does the snorkel peice stay on?

it shows him pulling the snorkel out, so does it stay or or go back in, b/c it looks like if it stays in there may be tooo much air to get in, and possible debree.. is this correct.


any help appreciated it.

take it out and do not put it back in. that is the reason for the mod. and no debree but air should get in.
