AC leak

Good afternoon,

Today I noticed cool air blowing out of the area that is circled when I had the AC running on my 1999 Ranger 2.5. Anyone know why that would be and how to fix it? Thanks for your time.

I see this a lot. I used black RTV sealant to build up the area and seal it. Dont go too deep with the sealant. Just enought to seal it.

See if you can take that hard vacuum line and route it back in place. Shouldnt be near the heater hoses.

Be careful of the heater control valve there as they get brittle (heater hoses plumb in to the black plastic piece)
