1994 B2300 Parking Brake Issue

I have to push the parking brake pedal all the way down to make it work. Where can I adjust the e-brake? Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

If your rear brakes are in good working condition and the parking brake cable isn't stretched.

Pull and hold the parking brake release, pump the parking brake pedal several times, if your rear brakes are working correctly, the pedal will start getting higher, you cannot over adjust this way, so keep pumping until it doesn't go any higher..
