SAS is sooo 2005.

Looks good. Feel like you need some bigger meats on that thing now.

I am planning on some 37s once these 35s are a little more worn.

Just ordered my panhard kit and new u bolts yesterday, so the cali lean crap is going away soon.

Considering how small your town is and how you rarely have to drive far in the truck, the dry-rot will eat those 35's up long before they wear down. lol.

I love the toyos I've got now, but I've been keeping an eye on a set of cooper stt pro's I can get them for a great price (less than what I paid for my 35s) plus the reviews seem to be great.

I've read good things about the stt pros. And they look really good.

I for sure like the look of them, but if I was "ballin" I'd for sure get Toyo MTs

A week ago yesterday, my beautiful daughter was born. She was 18" long and weighed 6lbs 15oz. The last week has been full of change to say the least. Truck progress will be very slow in the coming months, not that there's much left to do.
I did take the opportunity last night to fix my ghey "squat". The factory blocks off the dodge seem to be just right. Also checked and I have a ton of down travel with the leaves I didn't expect I would have.

I was very impressed on the ride home just how much better the truck handles now that it's level. Also in the pics you will see I ran into an issue with the shock mounts on the axle. I had an extra pair of mounts from ruffstuff and welded them on above the factory mounts. I actually got some welds I'm proud of that I didn't have to go get my dad to come out and go over them better.

Hopefully in the next month or so I will be able to go get the front shaft made so I can see how much more the pinion needs to be rotated.

Man that rear axle will not sit correctly in that wheel well no matter what. First it's too far back, now it's too far forward.

It was forward because it was at full droop. At ride height it's pretty centered.

Even in the picture you sent me the other day it was still too far forward. But there's really nothing you can do about it anyway.

Looks good man. I really want to see it without spacers. I think it'll look a lot better. So get dem rims and dirty 7's

Probably won't be till tax time or so when I can afford a new setup sadly. Looking at the way my crossover steering is set up, if I bring a set of 20s in without the spacer, I think I'll have clearance issues with the tire itself on the heim. So I may end up having to go with 22s. But I haven't looked too closely at it. I'm more focused on getting the front shaft in and setting up the trac bar.

Instead of a spacer, perhaps a different offset?

Finding 20"+ wheels with like 2" of offset is not an easy task.

Been looking at tures some more and I may be able to get a set of descent 38s but only if I can run a 20" rim.
Got the trac bar finished up yesterday. The axle side mount was a little tricky. Because I'm using a CAD housing, the spot where you'd typically weld the trac bar mount to is cast, so I didn't want to weld to it. So I took a chunk of 3/8 plate and cut it to fit over the cast piece. Used a cutoff bolt as a centering pin and 2 u bolts to hold it down.

Stiffened up the front end nicely. Just need to get the front shaft lengthened and then tweak the alignment a little more and it'll be set suspension wise.
